Listen Now!

It doesn’t matter who you are, you want to be safe where you work. If you are an employer, you certainly want to ensure your employees work in a safe environment and that workers have the qualifications that they claim. If you are an employee, it is important to have an assurance that you are not working with those who could cause you or your co-workers harm. For employers, just one bad hiring decision can create a legal and financial nightmare.  One way to reduce risk is through pre and post employment screening, most commonly called a background check.

Tune in to hear Lester Rosen. He is an attorney, a private investigator, an author, an owner of a background screening company, and an industry background screening expert. Les will offer the ins and outs and ups and downs of employment screening including what is legal and what is not. Whether you are the one who does the hiring or you are the one who is getting hired, you do not want to miss this program.
