Executed by the State!
Listen Now!
What is your opinion of the death penalty? Do you agree with state ordered executions? Are there viable alternatives? What or who determines the circumstances for those who get charged with special circumstances resulting in a potential death verdict? What about the factor of possible innocence? How many have faced a death sentence before they were exonerated? How many were executed first? Mike Farrell, president of Death Penalty Focus, one of the nation’s largest, most innovative and highly respected advocacy organizations dedicated to the abolition of capital punishment, will be providing his unique viewpoint on this hot topic. Joining Mike in this controversial discussion is a former senior deputy district attorney, Darryl Stallworth.

SPECIAL ENCORE PRESENTATION – Vanished: When Someone Goes Missing!
Listen Now!
What must it be like to have a missing family member – - a missing daughter, a missing son, a missing sister? What is it like not to know what happened – - a person you loved who just vanished into thin air? You look twice every time you drive down the street and see someone with the same build and the same color hair. With each passing year, you imagine what they look like, if they have changed, if they are ok . . . or not. You never give up hope!
Join us in talking with Molly’s Bish’s sister, Heather. Sixteen-year-old Molly went missing 10 years ago from Warren, MA where she was working as a life guard. Hear from Teresa Ahern whose nineteen-year-old daughter, Kyla Porter, disappeared from Holiday, Florida. Tune in as Massachusetts private investigator Tom Shamshak, a missing person’s specialist talks with these family members and PI’s Declassified about investigating and resolving cases like the cases involving Molly and Teresa.
Kyla Porter
Teresa Ahern, mother of Kyla Porter speaks about her daughter who was last heard from February 15, 2008 in the Holiday, FL area. She telephoned her sister stating she was on her way home. Kyla was never heard from again. It is unknown where she was at the time of the call. Her family asks the public to help with information. They are heartbroken and have been searching for Kyla continually for two years.
Kyla is 5’4″ and weighs 125 pounds. She has a beautiful smile with straight teeth. Kyla loves stars and she has two very clear tattoos of a star on each upper portion of her chest. She also has a tattoo on her back. She is 19-years-old. Kyla may be wandering the streets or she may have met with foul play.
If you have any information, no matter how insignificant you believe it to be, contact the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office at (727) 847-5878 case # 08-13138, or contact your local police. For more information about Kyla Porter, go to http://www.findkylaporter.com
Molly Bish
“The “abduction” of Molly Bish took less than 8 minutes…” Meet Heather Bish, Molly’s sister who will tell how their mother drove Molly to her life guard post in Western Massachusetts June 27, 2000. Minutes later, Molly vanished! She was nowhere to be found. Three years later Molly’s bones were discovered scattered on the mountainside just five miles from her home. Molly was buried on her 20th birthday. No arrest has been made. Last month was the 10th anniversary of Molly’s death.
In Molly’s memory, The Molly Bish Foundation was formed and dedicated to safety education, awareness and prevention of missing and exploited children. The Bish family has struggled to improve laws by working on the National and Massachusetts Amber Alerts Systems along with the National Adam Walsh Act and the passage of the National DNA Database. The Bish’s have committed their efforts and advocacy to all children so that they might live, work and play in a safe world.
